Back in 2009, I was encouraged to look through my archive to help inspire my return to picking up a camera again. I hadn't seen much of my work in well over a decade, so on coming across pictures of Slum Village and not recognising them, I found myself asking, '...who the hell took these?'. Over time, I vaguely recall where this picture was taken, but I don't have a strong recollection of taking it. Very happy I did though. Slum Village is an American hip hop group associated with Detroit's influential underground sound. Taken 1999
